...See more I’ve had bpd for around 7+ months now, I’m worried that it might be starting to effect my approach on my friends and partner I’ve never thought of doing therapy I have just kept praying and hoping to be guided the right way I feel lost quite a lot and question my decisions a lot I have had a massive decrease in happiness this past week a friend noticed and I have been feeling sad 24/7 and feelings that I can’t be happy and I can only have a faze of it maybe this will change?
