My previous work experience includes diverse teaching and mental health support roles, where I’ve cultivated a passion for fostering growth and psychological wellbeing. With a profound understanding of psychological theories and a wide range of practical experience, my approach is rooted in evidence-based practices to help navigate life's challenges. By fostering a open, inclusive, safe and supportive environment, I aim to help people build resilience and discover their inner strengths.
