Emotional Bullying

Emotional bullying is any form of bullying that causes damage to a victim's psyche and/or emotional well-being.
Some Examples include:
Spreading malicious rumors about people
Ignoring people on purpose (via the silent treatment)

I think we need to be careful about what we call bullying. Ignoring someone can be if it's primary purpose is to hurt them, but often times it's done because of being bullied. Here at 7cups were are encouraged to set boundaries, block when needed, use the mute button. This can result in ignoring someone.

@AffyAvo
I think the point you mentioned is very insightful and true.

@Happy900
I think bullying has so many meaning and many damages to the person it could occur.
but blocking or reporting someone could answer to what you are facing towards bullying, here in 7cups you could stand against bullying through block button/report, which is basically what people even need in real life.

Emotional bullying is a form of bullying where the victim is mocked, teased, or ostracized via words. I can understand how much more hurtful and painful enduring emotional bullying can be. Because it can last longer and be more damaging.
It's important to know that it's ok to feel anger, frustration, and hurt. Confiding with someone you trust may help you to understand/process your feelings/emotions. Set boundaries from such toxic and negative people and environments, if possible. Stand firm on your decision to not endure/tolerate such behavior. It's also important to get professional help and process your feelings/emotions if your mental health has been deeply affected.
@Happy900 that is just the worst thing ever. I hate those passive aggressive gestures they throw at you. It's also so toxic because they'll never admit their intent or even come to a resolution of any differences you had.
