There are many ways to improve our mental health through mindfulness, eating habits and exercising.

How you take care of your mental health is important in living. We don't want to be worrisome or agitate, we want to have a stress free life, but sometimes we can not have that all the time because we worry about things. Some things we may worry about it finances in our life or family life, work, our children or our parents, this puts a toll on our mental health. This is also known as self care because we need to also take care of ourselves without being able to we can not function correctly.
