Looking for inpatient treatment facility

Hi Everyone,

I'm new here, not sure how all of this works...

I have a 21 year old daughter who was diagnosed with Tourette at the age of 6. We now believe she was misdiagnosed and is likely on the autism spectrum. She has comorbidity OCD, very much struggles to sleep at night, body dysmorphia and general anxiety and depression. We've sought out various therapists, psychologist and psychiatrists; tried so many different medications, often with terrible side effects; and worked on DBT, CBT etc. for most of her life. At this point, she feels like she can't go on like this for much longer. We need some intense, around the clock therapy at a facility with the most advanced treatments. She can barely hold down a job and though she thrives academically, school is too difficult for a multitude of other reasons. Life needs to get better for her, so I'm reaching out to try to find someone who has had a positive experience with inpatient treatment. We live in Canada but will travel wherever is needed.
