Alzheimer's, Holidays, and Anxiety oh my.

Passover is coming and I am already having panic attacks about how much family time I am going to have to endure. My father has Alzheimer's and is in a nursing home an my mother is going to be staying with me, my mentally unwell mil, my family, and my mentally unwell fil. not to mention I am going to have surgery. seriously cant deal with anything right now. I just want to cry daily. BTW I have 3 kids of varing disabilities and temperaments.
