Dealing with Daylight Saving Time Change

Daylight saving time begins on Sunday, March 9, and that means for the majority of the United States, the clocks will spring forward one hour.
That loss of one hour of sleep doesn’t just make mornings a little harder — it can throw off sleep patterns and affect mood and overall health.
Here are some ways that can help to get good sleep:
Slow down your body before sleeping. Avoid intense workouts right before bed because they can increase your body's core temperature, which can make it harder to fall asleep.
To help your brain relax and tell your body it's time to go to sleep, turn off devices at least one hour before bed. The advantages are increased by extending this to 90 minutes or even two hours, which facilitates falling asleep and boosts the quality of sleep.
During the shift to Daylight Saving Time, maintain regular eating, social, sleeping, and exercise schedules. You can also become used to the bright light by exposing yourself to it in the morning.
Staying consistent with the amount of sleep you get each night
Use the bed only for sleeping
Avoid long naps (over 30 min.) as they can interfere with your sleep at night
Put down coffee and caffeinated beverages four to six hours before bedtime.

If so, what is the worst symptom for you and how do you cope?

Do you feel an impact from Daylight Saving Time Change?
Yes it is not major but it affects my sleep patterns
If so, what is the worst symptom for you and how do you cope?
I think the worst symptom is the fatigue I feel as my body tries to get used to the new routine an hour earllier in body time. So I set the clock ahead an hour so I am getting up at the same time on tlhe clock but it is an hour earlier than yesterday.

Do you feel an impact from Daylight Saving Time Change?
In a good way yes I feel it and I love it ❤️❤️❤️
If so, what is the worst symptom for you and how do you cope?
By believing everything from daylight savings time is a positive. More sun, longer days, warmer more friendly weather, in addition to other benefits.

@amiablePeace77
My impact is one hour less of night. YA ya😂
