...See more Heyaaaaa You Hopeful People! 💗 I hope you all have been keeping well!  I am here to share some insights about courage, hope and healing when growth strikes us! This will be a long post! So, I would appreciate your resilience to read it till the end! 🤗 Growth comes at a cost! It brings a lot of discomfort. When I talk about Growth, I mean all problems that emerge as opportunities/challenges to learn from and implement them in our future set of actions.  Have you been in a situation when you felt that yeah, I faced this problem back then and now I am in the same discomfort probably with much more intensity again?  I am sure you might have! So, Lesson Number 1, Don't escape or defer problems when they come to you because if you don't deal with them now, you will have to deal with it with more difficulty in the future or probably, you might never get the chance to deal with it? What a blunder we would do right? Deliberately choosing to not unlock our hidden potential! When Growth comes, discomfort comes and there are times our mental and emotional muscles struggle to manage that! It brings with it anxiety, overthinking, procrastination, escapism, unprocessed emotions etc. To know more about anxiety, you can refer @AshleyNFlewellenLPC post in the 7 cups online therapy forum land!  While all this happens, we fail to manage everything in life that we used to be doing. And a chain reaction of getting drowned into the dark starts!  But there's just one thing that keeps all of us alive during the most painful times we felt we could never have endured? That is Hope! So, Lesson Number 2, Sustain Hope! Hope is an emotion that finds possibility and discards practicality! Hope is an emotion that believes when it's unbelievable! Hope is an emotion that says you, you can do this! I am powerful! See, I am still standing when everything feels shaken!  When we start altering our negativity bias by replacing it with hopeful positive thoughts, we create our own light amidst all darkness!  However, only Hope does not sustain and complete the growth process! So, Lesson 3, Build Courage to develop Courage! Courage is something that brings you to action! That thrills you internally saying, "It's done now! Get over your low zone! And wake up! It's a new day! It's your life and if you don't start now, nobody will do it for you!" Remaining in that zone brings no good feelings but when you take action, nature starts to support you in the process!  Yes, Life is a Lesson! It brings us phases we think we can never endure but ultimately, the brave people go through it, face it boldly, don't run away from it but stay, hold and survive the pain! And believe me, the Universe comes to your rescue no matter however long this pain might feel, everything just comes down to good! And if it isn't it's not the end!  I have been through this phase recently! There were things which were not within my control that I started thinking on! Got into an overthinking trap, built fears over my faith, tragic reflections from the past occurred and when they were looking deep into my eyes, I couldn't at first! However, now I realize that yeah! I got over that!  I have hope and belief! But I get to build the courage to start again! There have been zero days in my life for some time now! But, if I can say myself that I can, I actually can!  You know why did I write this? Because I know we all struggle during these phases! But I will just remind you that,  "No matter how much ever pain you are in, how much ever bad and ugly life looks to you, remember, it's not the reality but just your current perception of the reality!"  We act based on what we know until we know more!  Listen to your heart's wisdom and discard your head's ego, fears and insecurities!  Your heart knows faith, but your head reminds you of your fears!  Your heart knows what is right, but your head directs you to take up the wrong!  Your heart is your real soul, and your head is created by the limiting beliefs of our external influences!  Your heart looks for possibility over your head that looks for practicality!  Trust your instincts over your intelligence! Trust your intuition over your reason!  Discovering all this is a process which takes time and so patience and embracing imperfections/uncertainty during this time is equally important! Here, Lesson Number 4! So, my lovely hearts! 💘 Don't ever forget how powerful you are! And how much the Universe supports you when you are all alone but transforming into a bigger, giant and beautifully gorgeous version of you!  And you are unique so your journey will be!  I will soon share some insights on how we can practically navigate the growth process!  Regards, Resilience💕

...See more Self-love to me means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness. Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others. Genuine self-love and self-acceptance feel like embracing who you are, flaws and all. It's about treating yourself with kindness, recognizing your worth, and not being too hard on yourself during tough times. It means setting boundaries, recognizing your needs, and prioritizing your well-being without guilt.  Self-love is really about self-knowledge. If you knew who and what you are, it would be impossible not to love yourself. The more you understand yourself, the more you'll love yourself. And the more you love yourself, the more you'll love others. Rediscover the amazing person!  “Be the love you never received.”

...See more Hey hey lovely people coming across, I hope you're doing well. 💛 Came across a really cool something recently and it poked my braincells a little so here I am, sharing with you too! Sharing is caring, right-oo?!🥰 "Life is too short to be scared of being a human" It is true! I feel, the bottomline for the majority of our struggles and worries is being afraid to be a human. (Uber amazing if you think that's not the case for you, how does it feel to be the Universe's favorite lol!🥰) Okay, so what could go wrong, if we aren't being human? We could be lacking perfection. We could be mediocre at something. We could be feeling broken, hurt, lost, confused, stuck, angry, monotonous, frustrated, disappointed and every x emotion you can think of! But that's the thing, being human is being imperfect. Being human is not being the best always or at everything. Being human is having emotions. Having emotions doesn't make you a bad person ever. You're hurting and there's a lot of sadness engulfing you, but that's the most human thing about you, that you feel hurt, that you feel sadness, that you *feel*. And the bravest thing? You allow yourself to feel. You allow yourself to be a human. I don't think there's anything more validating than to be a human, and to remind yourself often that you are, and you're worthy, and you're allowed to be just *you*. Next time you miss out on nailing something, maybe take a moment to acknowledge that it's okay to miss out, you're still nailing at being a human, and it does count, even if you aren't able to see/ acknowledge it at the time! 💛 Being a human isn't a limitation, it's a possibility, its an opportunity to try each time afresh at being human. I feel, *human* is like the coolest "rookie" tag lol, made mistakes? It's okay, you tried, that counts, you learned something, that counts, wanna make it count more? Give it another shot keeping the learning in mind. You're going to have all kinds of days, feel all kinds of emotions, and maybe sometimes no emotions when it gets too overwhelming, even then, especially then, acknowledge the human in you, allow the human in you, validate the human in you, appreciate the human in you! 💛 The essence of your "being" isn't in what you do, the essence of your being is *you*. Towards embracing, acknowledging, accepting, valuing and loving the human in us! 💛

...See more I havent been around lately. My life has been the absolute worst, for more than a year and it will get even worse in the next month. So its been hard to be able to feel like i can support other people and make a change in someone else. Im trying my best so i can be the better version i can be to the person that needs me the most but its really hard. With that being said, please know that everyone i will add here are always on my thoughts. i Keep thinking about all of you just in hopes that you are doing okay and wishing i could be more present. I hope this isnt awkward either so if it is i apologize. First, few messages to my teens @Mack; @Astraeuss i love you guys so much and i wish i could show you two more that! i keep you in my dearest heart And to adults: @Jenna; @gentleemperor i really appreciate all the work you do around here and i miss you two a lot! When taking a breath feels more like inhaling fire. When standing up feels exhausting but sitting down doesn't feel right either. When eating your favorite ice cream doesn't feel as rewarding as you wished it would and as it used to. When hugging someone you love doesn't seem to make it all stop. When being surrounded by the ones you love doesn't make that thing, that is eating you from the inside, go away. When all is too much but also not enough.  Then let go. Don't give up, no, but give that thing up. Let that thing that doesn't want to dissolve on its own-no matter what you do-go. Let it do its way out of your heart and out of your mind; that's the only place it should be. Out. Not in you.  Pretend until it's the case.
