As part of our ongoing efforts to elevate our beautiful caring community, we've brought back the Appreciation Wall series!
Our members are the core of 7 Cups, and we want to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for each and every one of you!
Listeners, has a member touched your heart with their courage or resilience? Did a member inspire you with their openness and willingness to seek support? Did they share their story in a way that helped you grow as a listener? Did they simply make you feel grateful to be a part of this community?
Members, want to show appreciation for another member who has been there for you? Maybe they offered a kind word in a forum post, heard your story in the group support rooms, shared a helpful resource, or simply made you feel less alone.

Your capacity for kindness and thinking of others seems to know no bounds. Thank you so much for the shout-out @Tinywhisper11, it was un uplifting ray of light on an otherwise drab, grey morning. So much so, I am tempted to go to the sea for a dip (6 degrees c and cloudy is beach weather yes? Trunks and scarf are at the ready!).
You may be a Tinywhisper, but your words echo loudly and their effects are gigantic for all of us, and many more too I suspect.. I hope you never stop being you.
