52 Weeks Challenge!
Welcome to our 52 Weeks group! <3
This challenge will help us change our lives for the better. <3
Every week, we’ll choose something in our lives to work on, anything from self-care to cleaning to our social lives, etc. Anything you’d like, no matter how small! It can be a new daily activity, a plan to accomplish a single task that week, etc. Even the tiniest task is awesome!
Some examples of mini-goals: Texting a friend, reading for 10 minutes a day, eating even a tiny amount of veggies with one meal a day, dropping *** for a week, downloading a habit tracker app, watching a TED Talk twice a week, etc.
This is a no-pressure environment! No pressure to post, no pressure to accomplish every goal. If you don’t do the thing you want to do, don’t beat yourself up about it. No one is judging you <3 Just pick yourself up and go to the next goal!
We will change goals every Tuesday. Please post your goal and the frequency (examples: daily, a one-time goal, 3 times a day, etc). If it’s a personal goal you’d prefer not to share, just call it a personal thing. It’s totally ok to keep the goal private <3 Just let us know the generalities, so we can cheer each other on and keep each other accountable! <3
I can’t wait to crush these goals with you guys! We got this! <3

@jesusredeemedme2425 Thank you for the warm welcome! 💖 This challenge is such a great way to make positive changes without pressure and I love that even the smallest steps count. I’m excited to be part of this and cheer everyone on!
My goal this week - it’s actually a big one for me—having 3 proper meals a day at the right time. Emphasis on "proper meal" and "right time". No more skipping breakfast and just calling it brunch. Let’s see how it goes! 🍽️✨
I love this! <3 Don’t forget fruit and veggies ;)

@jesusredeemedme2425 Thank you for the reminder *hugs *

@azurePond That’s an amazing goal and I love how intentional you’re being about it! Taking time to have proper meals at the right times can really set the tone for the day and it’s such a powerful habit to build.
You got this, one meal at a time! 🍽️✨

@Phoenixthepoised

@azurePond

@azurePond 3 meals a day🤔🤔 oh yeah that's what the other residents here eat like to💖 ok well good luck with that💖 I'm in the corner rooting for you 💗

@azurePond An update - So far the challenge is going well. I have been having regular, proper meals… So yay for me! Go.... me!

@azurePond Keep it up, you’re crushing it!
My goals for this week are to track my meals on the Recovery Record app (a food diary app for people with eating disorders), as well as making sure I don’t overeat at every meal <3

@jesusredeemedme2425 I really admire your commitment to tracking and being mindful of your meals. And I’m cheering you on as you work towards these goals! 💪✨

I’m doing a really poor job at doing both lol

Aww I’m so sorry! Any way I can help???
Idk lol

@jesusredeemedme2425 This sounds like such a great way to make positive changes, no matter how small they seem. I love the idea of focusing on one thing at a time and taking it easy without pressure!💖
For this week, my goal is to read for just 10 minutes every day. I’ve been wanting to get back into reading, so this will be a good way to start! 📚
What kind of books do you like to read? <3

@jesusredeemedme2425 I’ve moved beyond specific genres and now I enjoy books that really make me think deeply like those on psychology, philosophy or personal growth. But I also love a good story that takes me into a different world whether it’s a fantasy adventure or a beautifully written piece of literary fiction too.
Pretty much anything, just no horror😅
How about you?
OOOH OOH OOH I have one for you!!!!
I like mostly kids and teen books rn. A lot of dystopian novels rn lol

@jesusredeemedme2425 Ooooh, I love that! There was a time when I used to read only Dystopian books😅 like Maze Runner or Hunger Games....Those are classics!
What's your favorite?
Have you read the Uglies series??
One of my faves is “The Girl Who Owned A City”. (Apparently I’ve typed that so much, my phone autocompleted it for me!) It’s about a world where a virus took out everyone over 12, and the kids have to learn to survive. It sounds depressing, and it has its moments, but it’s really inspiring <3

@jesusredeemedme2425 Not yet, I recently watched Uglies film on Netflix and thought I should read the book but never got around to it😅 And The Girl Who Owned A City sounds really interesting! I'll check it out too! Thanks😊

@Phoenixthepoised OOOH I love Hunger games!

@azurePond Meee toooo! Katniss's journey is both heartbreaking and inspiring🤩

@Phoenixthepoised Oh, if I may… I have one recommendation for you—the Scythe series by Neal Shusterman. It’s set in a world without natural death, governed by an advanced AI.....making it a deeply philosophical read. It blends elements of fantasy and a bit of sci-fi, creating an intriguing and thought-provoking story. I think you’d really enjoy it!

@azurePond Scythe series sounds like a fascinating mix of thought-provoking themes and futuristic elements. I’m definitely intrigued! Thanks for the rec!😊

@Phoenixthepoised reading is a great goal to set💖💖 not to brag but I read ' the Lord of the rings' in just 1 minute😁granted it's only 5 words but it's a good start I think😁😁
you can do this💖💖

@Tinywhisper11 Took you a whole minute? Don't worry.... with enough practice, you can get it under 30 seconds!

@azurePond 😂😂😂😂😂 I'll keep practising 😁 but after I finished this puzzlingly hard where's wally/waldo book💖😁😁😁

@Tinywhisper11 Good luck!🤣

@azurePond 😂😂😂😂 thanks

@Phoenixthepoised Dont forget... there's Les Miserables by Victor Hugo

@azurePond Haha, true!😂😂 I’ll need a whole month of breakfasts to get through Les Miserables! but I'm sure @Tinywhisper11 will finish before the first bite😂😂😂

@Phoenixthepoised 💖💖💖 *pulls proud face*

@Phoenixthepoised Idk whats more funny..your question or the fact that they censored a Whale's name😭

@azurePond I know right! I'm baffled👀😂👀😂

@Phoenixthepoised 😂😂😂😂

My goals this week:
Wash dishes 2x a day
Do leg exercises daily
Use Trello as my daily planner
Achieve a 2:45 plank by Monday
Run on Monday

@easyScarf7950 Wow, those are some fantastic goals and you’re clearly setting yourself up for success with a mix of daily habits and big challenges! Remember, it’s all about progress, not perfection and you’re already making incredible strides.

Thanks! I'm continuing a plank challenge. I increase the duration by 15 seconds each week, with the goal of achieving a 10 minute plank in October, I think. I'm also trying to get back into running shape after I had a baby. The leg exercises should help stabilize my knees.

@easyScarf7950 Wow, a 10-minute plank by October is such a solid goal and I have no doubt you’ll crush it. 💪 Besides, it’s amazing that you’re also getting back into running shape after having a baby! Your dedication is inspiring. Then, the leg exercises sound like a great way to support your knees.
Keep focusing on progress and remember to listen to your body along the way.
You’re on the right track!
What’s Trello again? <3

It's an app and a website that aids in managing your work flow. It allows you to organize your tasks and ideas. You can label projects and add notes and lists. You have a lot of projects, right? Trello might help you set priorities and schedules so that you're not overwhelmed. You can even include pictures of what you're working on, or whatever inspires you. If you want to try Trello, I recommend watching a tutorial video (or more) to get some ideas.

@easyScarf7950 😮😮😮😮 I hope the baby will help assist you in all this💖😁😁
He’ll add more weight to work her core, by sitting on her back while she’s planking ;)

@jesusredeemedme2425 😂😂😂

Hehehe ð¤£

@jesusredeemedme2425 ok my goal this week is to make a pond and bridge for my fairy garden😁 I've just started the pond this morning😁.💖
You MUST share pics if possible please! <3 Your art is amazing <3
Also your pond needs a tiny lily pad and froggy <3

@jesusredeemedme2425. Frogs and lilly pass that's a good idea💖 I was gonna get a swan too😁💖

@Tinywhisper11 also the little elves or goblins with fishing rods

@azurePond ooo! That would look cool💖

@jesusredeemedme2425 ok I'll take some pics💖😁 and thankyou💖I love you

@Tinywhisper11 At first, I thought you were making a clone of me.... and I was ready to warn you that the world couldn’t handle two of me...... But a pond sounds amazing—I’m so excited for you!

@azurePond oh I've already drawn you 💗

@Tinywhisper11 Just change the toy to a polished wooden statue of a boy with a book—then it’ll be an exact match to my childhood photo (which I will burnt it down one day). Though I’m a bit scared by how accurate this is. *looks for the hidden cameras *

@azurePond 😂😂😂😂😂😂

@Tinywhisper11 I bet it’s going to turn out magical! 🌸✨

@Phoenixthepoised thanks pheonix💖💖

Hey! I found this post and it might be helpful for you! Have a look @Sammyuke

@jesusredeemedme2425 Thank you for the tag! This week has been about trying to get better organized. I've been going through the attic throwing away things that are broken or ripped up and putting other things in totes. It's been slow going

@mytwistedsoul a clear out will make you feel better at the end💖💖💖 no more hoarding ever again young man

@Tinywhisper11 I've been trying to break the habits. 😅 There's a lot of insecurities (food and clothing mostly) the house isn't dirty or anything. There's just a lot of clutter 😬
I thought Twistie was a girl XD

@jesusredeemedme2425 Lol nope!
All the things I think are true on here… XD I guess we just imagine people one way, automatically lol

@jesusredeemedme2425 We all use neutral pfp's for the most part so that's no help either 😂
I feel like our brains try to extract hints of gender from posts, so we can get a better mental picture of the person. I’m quite interested in the psychology behind this now lol

@jesusredeemedme2425 I don't think I give many hints in my posts lol. You're not the first person to think I was a girl though 😅
Idk, maybe you seem more caring and nurturing than typical male stereotypes? 🤔

@jesusredeemedme2425 Could be. Their answer was my empathy 😅
Their answer?

@jesusredeemedme2425 To why they thought I was a girl lol
Also your bio doesn’t give any hints either lol

Oh I thought you were a guy.
Who? Me or Twistie?

I’m both actually.
?

See my post. I meant Um both actually.

This opens a whole new topic now….

@GreenLime3141. A new topic?

Yes about women being women and needing to be married to a man. Men are men and need to be married to a woman, BUT there are special people who do not need to be married.

That topic

Aaaaaaaaah no! UMMM both actually.

Yeeeesss!

@mytwistedsoul It’s great that you're making progress, even if it’s slow!😄

@Phoenixthepoised Thank you! 😊

@mytwistedsoul Of course! Every little step counts and you're doing awesome. Keep it up! 💪
