Till then let's take a little moment to remind ourselves to *breathe* and keep at it! 💛

It’s hard to know if people don’t say it. Love languages are a thing, but I had a lot more negative things done and said to me than positive, it feels. I would love to assume, but my phone tells me the truth.

When life feels uncertain, it's important to remember that life on the planet recycles itself, for as long as it can sustain life. Water is life. Having a magnetosphere to hold our atmosphere in to protect from solar winds is life. When we see auroras at the poles, that is a visible sign the planet is protecting us from the harsh conditions of the sun and space. We owe all we are to the planet. And even when we die, we are recycled into new life.
In other words, life goes on on Earth - no matter the current conditions. Life probably can't be completely eliminated from the ocean, so life can always restart again even in the most dire of circumstances, and there's great comfort in that. The planet continues to create new life, even after we return to it.

Thanks, but I feel like in some ways I have grown too much and have a hard time relating to others because of it. I have had too much of it in my life in a negative sense. It’s tough to see the positive sides of it sometimes.
