Weight loss

Can anyone help me find motivation to lose weight? Or motivation in general.

@britt1019
Losing weight or any long term personal change needs to come from within to be successful .....
if you are trying to do things for others or reasons when things get hard or plateaus you will have issues with the reasons you were using....
I started things for myself .... to feel good and proud of my work on my own .... to have clothes fit better and have energy..... the motivation was me not external.

I need this too. We could maybe keep each other accountable…What do you think? Maybe more people could join too

I totally can…

I can advise you and share my experience that the best motivation to lose weight is the result you see in the first stages. Keep trying and the motivation will come by itself. It was very difficult for me to start losing weight and take care of myself completely. But after learning more, I reached my goal. It helped me that I can always buy wegovy online and devote time to sports. Of course, everyone has their own weight loss plan, but I have had only positive experience with it.

If you have a YMCA near you see if they have any free weight loss programs. The one near me had a weight loss with depression one and a pre diabetic one. I took both. They didn't work for me but it got me moving towards small lifestyle changes that I'm still practicing. I found the programs really asked for far too much drastic lifestyle changes in just 12 weeks, but going to the workshops and the gym were helpful. We're no longer the house where ice cream is always in the freezer.

I can’t give direct advice, but I can share my experience. For a long time, I wasn’t seeing any results from my weight loss efforts, and it made me want to give up. But then I came across an article that really motivated me to keep going, and eventually, I started seeing progress. Stay patient and kind to yourself – the results will come, even if it feels slow right now!

@britt1019Finding motivation can definitely be tough! One thing that really helps is setting clear, achievable goals. Think about why you want to lose weight—whether it’s for health, confidence, or energy. Having personal reasons can be really powerful. It also helps to surround yourself with supportive people, whether friends or online communities. Remember to celebrate small wins along the way, and focus on building healthy habits rather than just the scale. Visualizing your success can be a great motivator too! And don’t forget to be patient and kind to yourself during this journey; it’s all part of the process!

Honestly, my motivation is other girls who already have a great figure. When I see photos like this, I immediately want to start doing sports. That's why now my whole room is covered with photos of girls. I recently found this, it helps me reduce stress and then I don't want to eat so much. It's great, and I think I'll look better this summer.

I find a good way of motivating myself is to find a picture of myself when I was happy with my weight and have that accessible on my phone to refer to whenever I get the inevitable cravings!
