@sereneHeart651 Great question! 😊 I once thought that exercise had to be intense to be effective. But now I realize that even gentle activities like walking or yoga can be incredibly beneficial for both the body and mind🧘‍♀️🚶‍♂️

@Phoenixthepoised

It is amazing how movement in any form can positively impact both physical and mental well-being.

@sereneHeart651 Absolutely, a little motion fuels joy, clears the mind and nurtures our well-being in ways we often underestimate.

@Phoenixthepoised

I also thought this too! But sometimes intense exercise can make us feel worse. Need to find a healthy balance.

💪🏼 Mine would have to be that people think they have to already “Be fit” or look a certain way BEFORE trying to go to the gym to workout…… OR , that a Group Class instructor has to be Fit or look a certain way in order to be an instructor or teach a class!

These are both far from fact or truth. I can personally attest that some of my best classes or most talented instructors were with those who were Not at their Peak fit levels. And could run circles around MANY who were! And that some of the best “movers & shakers” in terms of participants were those they just let go & let loose and had fun with their workouts.

This is something that should never let anyone hold them back from working out, trying a class, nor working towards becoming a licensed professional instructor that wants to help inspire others! Everyone has something in them that they can bring to the table!

@sereneHeart651

I used to think that I needed to wake up really early to be healthy but now I don't think that's necessarily the case. Going to bed at 9:00 every night doesn't align with my social life so I ended not getting a lot of sleep which is actually unhealthy.

@sereneHeart651 that eggs are bad for heart and weight loss...!
