Constant tinnitus at the age of 20

I am just seeking for a conversation with someone that has a same problem as me. I don't know how to live with it

I have tinnitus too. Mine didn't start when I was 20, but I have had it for several years now & it is part of an incurable condition.
In most cases, the only "cure" is destructive surgery: removal of the eardrum & other inner ear parts. Total deafness is the result. Good luck finding a surgeon who will do it, unless your condition becomes truly unmanageable. Short of that, all you can do is get used to it & figure out coping tactics.
Ambient music is one thing I use. I keep a few long-play ambient tracks on my phone (no need to stream that way)...sometimes I'll lie down, put a pair of earbuds in my ears & turn up the volume just enough to drown out the ringing. You can use other genres of music this way too, though not all of them work equally well.
That's what I am usually doing. Thanks for a answer :))

@Shao997 Anytime. Let me know if you find any other solutions or strategies for dealing with it. Or if you find a surgeon who will remove the whole works. Seriously, I'll pay full price for my operation if necessary.
