My family is unhappy with me because I am pregnant without being married. But I'm very happy with my partner. He understands and looks after me so well even more after knowing my pregnancy. His family is also happy.

Congratulations! You sound very happy with your partner and that is what really matters isn't it? Hopefully things will settle and sort themselves out so that the stress goes and you can relax and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy.

@amicableBlackberry7974 marriage is not a mandatory step to have a healthy, committed and fulfilling relationship. If there is mutual care and love, you've got all you need! 
I wish you the best on your pregnancy and your life as parents. If the first months are hard on you, remember that you're not alone and you don't have to do everything by yourself, and also, it's ok to feel overwhelmed! No one is a "perfect parent", everyone learns on the go
