Worried about exam

I have my LMSW exam next Thursday and I'm very worried because there's still a lot of material I need to review and study to do well on the exam. There's 6 days left until I take the exam and I'm extremely stressed and worried I'll fail because I failed in the past. Any encouragement or support right now would be helpful. Thanks!

I understand that fear that you might fail, and the stress that results. Exams are just miserable. The worst bit for me is that it doesn't matter how much work I do, I can always think of something that I hadn't done to worry about.
And we all know we learn and perform less well under stress. And so the more stressed we get, the more worried we get. And it very quickly turns into a vicious circle.
Try to believe in yourself. You will try your best. You already are. And if you are trying your best, you can't do any more.
And try to look after yourself too. You are just as important, if not more so, than this exam. Although it maybe doesn't feel like it right now. But you are. Take a pause, to take a deep breath, and remember that we will still love you regardless of the result.
