I believe that sometimes the most powerful way to help someone is simply to listen to them. I also believe that reaching out and asking for help is one of the bravest things a person can do. I am a compassionate and empathetic listener with a deep passion for mental health and wellness.  Having struggled with my own mental health challenges in the past and still struggling (manageable) I understand the importance of having someone to talk to who can provide a safe and non-judgmental listening ear.
