Seeking help can be difficult and I am here to make you feel comfortable and get to know who you are and what you need. I believe we all come into life with a passion to live out that is uniquely our own. I am committed to helping you find your passion, heal old wounds and limiting belief’s, and live more joyfully in all aspects of your life. If you are paralyzed by depression and anxiety, I can help you work on strategies to overcome these struggles.  I will encourage you to make effective decisions in your life so you can be fully who you wish to be. I use a compassionate listening approach and encourage you to be kind to yourself and to set boundaries with others who are not healthy for you.
