A lifestyle can encompass your job, income level and where you go. If you’re well-off, your lifestyle might include traveling in private cars and staying at luxury hotels.
Conversely, poor people often resort to eating junk food and forgoing essential expenses. This can lead to obesity as well as other serious health issues.

Unfortunately, many of these individuals often suffer from childhood poverty and low family socio-economic status (SEP), contributing to their psychological distress.

Lifestyle is a way of thinking that is formed through one’s beliefs, goals and habits. It encompasses everything from politics and religion to health issues and intimacy – plus much more!
A person’s lifestyle can be shaped by their location, culture and traditions that they belong to, as well as shared experiences valued within a group. Additionally, lifestyles may change over time as people age.
Alfred Adler has noted that a person’s lifestyle is formed early in life and becomes part of their identity as they navigate different environments. It’s similar to how trees grow differently depending on their environment.
Lifestyles are a way of thinking that helps an individual envision and plan for a bright future. They also assist people in dealing with negative thoughts and emotions.
4. Lifestyle is a way of expressing yourself
Lifestyle is an individual expression of one’s personal values and beliefs, according to Adler. It’s the way a person adapts themselves within their environment.
Bangladeshi families typically reside in a single dwelling, known as a barhi (literally “home”). This unit usually consists of the father and wife, their unmarried children, adult sons and grandmother.
Bangladeshians place great value on family as the foundation of social life and support networks. Barhi, or patrilineal communal structures, are prevalent throughout Bangladesh; fathers typically provide economic stability and a sense of identity to their offspring.
Family life in Bangladesh is a major source of joy and contentment. Village families typically form barhis (small households), but in towns and cities people can create new, more independent households.
