These are professional skills that are of great use even outside 7 Cups. We believe in practice-driven learning and all of our courses have in-field experience at the core. The 7 Cups Academy has had 1343 graduates and currently has 158 enrolled trainees How is 7 Cups Academy different from training guides or other educational material available at 7 Cups? The academy programs target specific skills like leadership, content development, etc. Trainees not only get theoretical knowledge of the subject but also spend time practicing the skills under our practicum opportunities. That is not all, one of the challenging parts of learning something new is that it can be an isolating experience and at times you may feel like the motivation is fading. At 7 Cups Academy, we understand your support needs. We have mentors who check in with you regularly to help you navigate the set of requirements and to offer support and encouragement. 7 Cups Academy Emails Information: Are you getting your academy emails?

...See more Hi everyone, I hope you all are doing well. From time to time interns/trainees report not getting acceptance or other such emails from us. I am writing this post to clarify how to go about this. Firstly 95% of the time, the email sits in your spam. So please check spam before reaching out. You will find it there in most cases. If you want to prevent emails from going to spam then please check this article. [https://downtimemonkey.com/blog/how-to-whitelist-an-email-address-in-gmail.php] You can reach out to the admin or ambassador overseeing the program you applied for to get the email you need to white list (if you choose to do that). Or you can also just PM me and I will provide you the email you need to whitelist depending on the program you have applied for/enrolled in. Only do this step if you have an issue with emails going to spam, otherwise, there is no need. Now for the 5% who are not even finding the email in spam, please reach out to the admin/ambassador who sends acceptance emails for the program and provide a different email. We will forward the emails to your new email. It is worth noting that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are receiving the emails. If you do not get trial end or program end reminders because you have not been checking emails/reaching out if not getting them, then that will not be considered a valid excuse. Through our academy surveys and general community interactions, we have identified that most people feel like they can benefit from some form of time management training. The challenge with most time management techniques is that they do not train you to reflect on what really is important and schedule it in a sustainable way. We have found a book that deals with time management as part of your whole interrelated life and is in sync with your principles. I am talking about First Things First, a book by Stephen Covey [https://www.amazon.com/First-Things-Stephen-R-Covey/dp/0684802031]and comes highly recommended by @GlenM We have created a course based on the book. We have summarized the book and converted it into a growth path and quiz. Here is how you can take part! Step 1: Complete the first things first growth path [https://www.7cups.com/path/playlist/first-things-first-by-stephen-covey-under-construction/] Step 2: Implement the teachings of the growth path for a minimum of one week. You will need the practical application to pass the practical part of the quiz. Step 3: Revise the path content before completing the quiz. Step 4: Submit the time management course quiz.
