Hey Y'all! I was just wondering if any people have food ideas that include vegetables or just how I can start eating vegetables and fruits! I have never really eaten any and I want to start now!

Never eaten any fruits and vegetables? In different dishes etc either? 😮

I'm glad you're looking for ways to incorporate fruits and vegetables in your diet, they are quite healthy, nutritious  and yumm! 

Fruits I think you can try on their own first? To get a taste and feel. Develop a liking etc! There's so many fruits and each have a unique color, texture, taste etc!  Some of my favorites are Mango, Kiwifruit, Guava, Orange, Pineapple, to name some! 🥰 

Some ways to incorporate fruits in meals can be pairing them with yogurt in a bowl or blending with milk to make a smoothie etc! 

Veggies have so many ways to be used in also, in soup, salads, sauteing them with some oil/butter and herbs of your choice, including in either fried rice, sandwiches, curry, etc! 

This was a generalish suggestion hehe, because truly, there's plenty different ways of adding fruit and veggies in your diet, it may be helpful to search recipes on YouTube or google too~ Somethng like a "fruit/ veggie name you want to try- easy dishes".

@RainySummerDays Personal I add vegetables to almost all my food,I pre-boil vegetables with onions and salt and garnish my rice with it and also dice some carrots, cabbage, greenbeans and other veggies in my rice, noodles, spag etc

I really have a way of squeezing veggies in my everyday meal

@RainySummerDays I personally love making fruit salads, so it's a mix of fruits and veggies. I'd say the best way to make it is sliced strawberries, chicken, lettuce or spinach(my favorite is baby spinach), almonds, and some croutons on top!
